About the project

What the product is and what I was solving

Context

To combine all stages of travel planning into one service: selection, itinerary, payment, and monitoring.

Problem

Had to make sure to focus on making users feel safe and as comfortable as possible, never overstimulated, since planning is rather stressful activity, and tickets, accommodation, and entertainment are all across different services.

My role

I managed the project through two branches. In UX, I analysed scenarios, conducted and processed interviews, gathered user flows and prototypes; in UI, I developed search, plan selection, and daily schedules. Both areas converge in a unified service flow.
